About Us Calgary Athletic and Fitness training Center
Stride Athletics & Fitness is one of the premiere training centers in the country. Our Facility has been designed to accommodate general strength training, training for weight loss and a variety of more specific training styles such as Dryland Training, Crossfit, Olympic lifting, and Powerlifting.
Our Training Center is a fully equipped facility with Cardio Equipment, Strength Machines, Synthetic Turf, Squat Racks & Bumper Plates, Free Weights, and much more.
Known for its positive and motivating atmosphere and cutting-edge training techniques, Stride caters to clients that are serious about achieving their athletic or fitness goals. Whether you’re new to training or are a professional athlete that is looking to get stronger, faster and better conditioned we can help you achieve your goals.
At Stride we offer a Free Orientation & Consultation which includes:
-Help identifying your fitness goals and creating the best approach for you to achieve them

Personal Training
